Loving husband to Tanya, treasured dad to Lloyd.

No flowers by request please. However, donations if so desired to the Alzheimer's Society.

Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 11th March at Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby 12:30pm.

All welcome after the service to the Hull Golf Club, Kirk Ella.
